    On 08/03/2014 I placed an order with Silvertowme for 2 Buffalo 10oz .999 silver bars and I paid $437.00 for both bars. A week passed and Silvertowne still hasn't shipped the products that I purchased on 08/03/2014, therefore I contacted their customer service department to inquire about the delay in shipping. A lady answered my call and I provided her with my order details and shared with her my concerns pertaining to the delayed shipment, the rep was rude and unprofessional, she advised that are they are " backed up" with orders on their own silver brand which feature their...
